Ironjack the honorary Cajun.
So as is usually the custom, I try to hold an event on my birthday, and stealthfully sneak by the fact that it was actually my birthday. I think next year I'll have to do something really big so it'll be an official one. Anyhow, for this year, I decided the perfect recipe for fun was 120lbs of live crawfish, lots of friends and beer. It was a lot of fun, I think however, that many people ODed on crawfish :). And my friend Les said it was a most impressive crawfish boil, being that he's a Cajun, I took it as a complement. We had 2 boilers going so that there was a nice continuous stream of crawfish. Anyways the pictures speak for themselves. Happy Birthday to me.
