Once again my forge ahead in my quest to learn more about deserts. Fortuneatly, I have plenty of guinea pigs at work that don't mind consuming what I bring in. It seemed to be quite popular and everyone liked the fact that I chose to make a gingersnap crust instead of the normal graham cracker crust ( usually use the graham cracker for my cheesecakes). I like this desert because it's fairly easy and except for the crust requires no baking.
