Although this dish isn't particularly impressive in any way, I think the presentation and simplicity makes it worth noting in this cooking section. The added saltiness of the proscuitto and squeeze of lemon give the asparagus a little perk that you normall wouldn't have. The parceled off bundles are also nice so you can make sure everyone gets a nice serving.
