Ironjack Cooks

I really love to cook. I guess it was really in the blood, my parents owned a restaurant while we were growing up, and I remember my sister and I would always be in the back office pretending like we were cooking. I'm always trying new recipes and looking for guinea pigs to try my new creations, or forays into new cuisines. So what's my favorite cuisine so far (to cook)? I'd have to say Ethopian, it's surprisingly complex and the injera is just a really interesting bread to make.

My biggest goal here is to go thru a cuisine and be able to cook a full menu appetizer to dessert so far I've got the following cuisines: French, Italian, Middle Eastern, Ethiopian, Indian, Chinese, Japanese, American, Greek, and Thai.

I'm working on menus for: Indonesian, Polish, Jamacan, and German.
